Our Supply Chain
We want to be open and honest with you about our supply chain. It's just as important to us that our customers look great on the course as it is to know that the people who made it were paid fairly and have safe working conditions.
We make it our business to ask our suppliers about their practices and the impact these have on those they work with and their environment. We choose to work with people who value honesty and transparency with us and we offer the same to you so you can make an informed decision about what you choose to purchase.
There's always more we can do and we're learning more about this everyday. We'll keep sharing this with you as often as we can our efforts towards sustainability and our impact on the environment.
Albatross Skort & Lucy Locket Dress
These are made by our wonderful sewing team in Christchurch, New Zealand.
The navy and black are made from 100% GOTS certified organic cotton which is grown in India using only GOTS certified suppliers. The fabric is knitted under the guidance of Australian Certified Organic (ACO). All fibre, dyes and auxiliaries are GOTS certified and produced to Oeko Tex 100 standard.
Our limited edition red and green skorts are made from leftover end of line designer fabric (often referred to as 'deadstock') that would otherwise have been destined for landfill or incineration.
The under shorts in the Albatross Skort are made using deadstock end of line liberty fabric that would otherwise become waste destined for landfill or incineration. The fabric used in these shorts are knitted in Italy and are EU REACH certified and have a OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certification.
Are made by our Aussie mates over at Crazy Arms. These sun sleeves are designed in Sydney and most of the manufacturing is done in Sydney too except for about 20% which is done overseas due to the complexity of some of the designs (this is clearly marked on the packet).
They are made from ECONYL®, a regenerated nylon coming from ghost fishing nets and other nylon waste. Abandoned fishing nets, known as ‘ghost nets’, are often lost in storms, snagged on reefs or even tangled when boats operate in crowded waters. These nets, which are near invisible in the ocean light, can be left tangled on reefs or drifting in the open ocean harming fish, marine animals, and bird life.
Our Links range of tops are designed, sampled, tested and manufactured in New Zealand.
We love the merino these tops are made from and are really proud that it is ethically and responsibly sourced from two of our New Zealand based suppliers.
The Ice Blue and Petal merino is ZQ certified and can be traced right back to it's source farm in New Zealand! It's also OEKO-Tex standard 100 certified.
Our women's Golf Socks are made in Auckland, New Zealand using 81% Cashlike Cotton, 13% Lycra and 6% Nylon. These are sent down to us in Christchurch in cardboard packaging, so no plastic packaging used!
